Hello im an arizona friend, what is hill?

i'm not sure if you've attempted a hill start but this is the best way to rollback into the car behind you.
well excuse you, but I have and that's how I was taught

what was the car? you're gonna need to have a relatively powerful engine to allow you to get to the biting point (and for the car to hold there) without any gas. and if you don't use the handbrake whatsoever you would most certainly get failed in your test. i admit, using the handbrake at every small incline is annoying, and if you know what you are doing you can ride the clutch. it's a habit you want to avoid when learning tho.

the transition period between the foot brake and the gas pedal will definitely be enough for the car to rollback provided it doesn't have a hill holder. if you're quick and know exactly what you're doing the rollback will be minimal, but honestly pls just use the hand brake if you're learning.

a ford mondeo 2 litre engine. also I was talking about holding it there with the brake and clutch, not the clutch alone

I wasn't taught to use the handbrake though

Sorry to hear about your birthday passing. You have my condolences.

if you can't bang shift through all the gears in under 10 seconds don't even speak to me

yeah i'm not sure if you are taking lessons from an instructor or your parents but generally speaking the test guys will want to see you operating the hand brake (and putting the car in neutral) at every possible opportunity. this would include t junctions and in any place you need to stop.

tbh it's pretty handicapped, driving in the uk sucks richard with the test itself (and how impractical it is), and then how much us young people get ripped off by insurance.

Nice, you got a switch! Be sure to get splatoon 2 c:

Hello im an arizona friend, what is hill?
there are more hills in arizona than florida

if you hill start without a handbrake you need to engage the clutch slightly to where the RPM's go down and then quickly release the brake while working the clutch & gas.

source:::: my truck has no handbrake
