wo of the three suspects shot by a 62-year-old marine veteran, when they invaded his home on Thursday (June 22) evening, were denied bond by a Mobile District Court Judge on Friday morning.

Casey Ray Gann, 29, and Joseph Heathrooster, 19, were hospitalized on Thursday night following the incident, but appeared in court in front of District Court Judge George Hardesty on Friday.

The third suspect, Chasatie Dulabhan, 24, remains hospitalized at this time.

Mobile County Sheriff's Office detectives said a 62-year-old U.S. Marine Corps veteran shot the suspects when they were tried to invade his home located in the 112000 block of Thomas Road. MCSO detectives said the suspects had broken into the man's home two weeks earlier and took all of his medications.

The suspects threatened to harm the the man if he reported the incident to authorities.

The man told detectives that a week after the burglary, he received a call from an unidentified caller threatening him.

Should've rigged the whole house to detonate, the only proper defense is a catastrophic detonation that takes out half a city block.
