Dedicated Server randomly shutting down

Yeah, my Dedicated server has been dying randomly recently, it gis me a runtime error, stating that "the application has requested that Runtime to terminate it in a unusual way.

This happens randomly, it does the normal

Posting to rtb server
posting to master server

then, after about 14 hours of staying alive, it randomy dies and i get the runtime error. If it happens again, I will figure out a way to post a log file.

anything happen when it shuts down? ie anything ingame/in console/on the computer (is it going to sleep?)?
does this happen with defaults only? if it does, what about on a clean install?

It doesnt do anything, the console just says the normal posting to ____ and then this shows up

do trace(1); in console and leave the dedicated server be for the time being and then post the log
