1. They are AFK (Away from Keyboard)
2. Goto the Add-ons Section of the forums and search though the pages for threads with vehicle add-ons
3. You have to be in a mini-game for things to be destroyed.

Only the add-ons you don't have, how ever you can turn music downloading off which can be half of the downloads in the Audio Tab of options.

I believe music downloading is off by default.

That be true, however when I was setting my Blockland up I tend to turn every thing on as I am sure some other's will do.
