I was looking at a topic on here and this happened like suddenly, all the usernames over the posts and the forum topic title disappeared

I went out to the main page and all the subforum titles (General Discussion, Off Topic, Drama, etc.) were gone too

it's the way the css is loaded in
it either loaded in wrong or it loaded slow enough for you to notice it making the individual pieces of the website for you to view

CSS loads kinda slowly sometimes
the stylesheets are not forgeted

i've seen it in action with slow internet
it'll load the background > foreground objects > images > text and it's kind of easy to see it

I'm on my old vista RN and chrome won't update on it so that might be it
