You have to add them manually by clicking on Tampermonkey's icon, then click 'Create a new script', copy the contents from the pastebin and then paste them into the script tab, then click the to save it

That's there to tell you how many scripts are active, don't think you can get rid of them

if you have chrome, you can hide it in the menu

while not strictly blockland forums related, i recommend these anyways:
https://reek.github.io/anti-adblock-killer/ - kills anti adblock on websites. constantly updated and open source.
https://adsbypasser.github.io/ - skips continue pages and stuffty referral links. also prevents ads/pop up windows but i haven't seen that in action

The anti-adblock script looks interesting.
