im a fukcing pusillanimous individual

I have acrophobia (fear of heights) and entemophobia (fear of insects), specifically roosterroaches
one time where was a dead roosterroach in the corner of my 5th grade classroom and I just sat in the hallway screaming

i have severe entemophobia
im even afraid of ants
like im fine if they're near me but if they can move quickly and especially fly then nah

at this point cant we just agree that fear of insects is an instinctual thing because a lot of insects carry disease and pain
