huh, i literally never get the issues ur getting decepticon. also the reason the name system changed probably has to do with database systems and imgur growing big and unable to keep the same old system. that said they could do numbered url's and hashes so idk, maybe it would just break too many old posts or somethinng.

On the subject of imgur.
There was also a time when you could only see a limited number of your own uploads. The old images were still on your account and could be viewed if you had the link, but you would have to delete newer ones for them to show up in your uploads page, so you could do something with them. They were trying to get people to pay to see all of them.
