my stream keeps going offline

my internet is good and it says the bitrate is stable but my stream keeps going offline, anyone got a fix?

i tried using different servers on obs and trying obs studio still same issue

the most likely cause is that you don't have enough upload bandwidth. lower your resolution and/or bitrate and try again.

your speedtest result is giving me a 404 so I can't judge the quality of your internet.
