i grew up drawing stupid stuff with paint since windows xp

this is legitimately stupid because unlike IE mspaint is quick and easy to just start up and roughly draw something

it takes at least a minute to do that in gimp or paint.net

I still use MS Paint for minor cropping procedures because it doesn't take 5 minutes to start up unlike basically all other image editing programs
