Ocaro Island is an Island Resort and Beachbuild server on a big string of tropical islands made of ModTer bricks.
It has a variety of amazing builds, map-like terrain, and lots of places to chill and relax, or mess around and have fun.

First generated by [GSF]Ghost's PTG, enhanced and built upon by your's truly, Ocaro Island is a huge landscape made of ModTer Bricks. Tropical, open, and inviting, big beaches surround the landscape, with plenty of room to build and explore.

The island is loaded with many land vehicles and watercraft.

There are many tropical buildings, from Bar to Boathouse, and even an outdoor Cinema.

Outside awaits Beaches and Tide-pools, with many chairs and umbrellas.

And to top it all off, many memes, tropical music, and great soundtrack.

UPDATES

Here is what has been accomplished so far.

The Boardwalk
First off, I know this was not the most requested build, rather it was one of the least. However, because of the increasing number of service builds such as restaurants and food stands, I felt like the boardwalk was rather needed before anything else so their organization and convenience does not get out of control.

UPDATE: The boardwalk has seemingly become Flavor Town. Restaurants are crowding the streets of the boardwalk. For this reason I wish to make an expansion on the boardwalk to add in more space, however I wish to modify the already existing expansion, so I will not post any updated images yet. Once the expansion is finalized, I will post new images. Sorry for the delay!
Seaside Hotel

The hotel has gotten a huge update! There are now floors with different hotel rooms, different color and print variations of rooms, an elevator (still in progress) on each floor, and a balcony view from every room.

More work needs to be done, but its hefty. The ground floor needs to be made, which of that I want more than just a reception area. Ideas I might add are: a diner, recreation room, lounge, and an area for food services, (Might be merged with the diner.) and a Casino.

Minigame: Falling Tiles

Surprise! After many player suggestions of an addition of a minigame hub, I decided to make an island-themed Falling Tiles minigame.

(...I may have a problem with foliage.)

I plan to make more of these in the future. If you have any ideas for minigames, please share them with me!

NOTE: This server is now dedicated! Its regulatory uptimes are from 5PM - 10PM CST on Weekdays. On Weekends it will regularly be up most of the day. Most of the time the server will be up later or earlier than these times.
Currently I�m facing an issue with build permission and its distribution. Once I find a workaround to this, I will host at these dedicated times. For now, expect the server to be up around the evening in CST.

how will builds be vetted and/or will there be clearing of low quality builds every once in a while?

wouldnt it be better to just post the times here instead of having to repeat yourself every pm you get?

I have a ruleboard that explains all the building requirements on the server. Basically if it's ugly or if it doesn't suit a Tropical theme, under my will I can remove it. If it's a really good build but doesn't quite fit in, I might move the build elsewhere, such as on another island.

I would, except since it's not dedicated as of right now, and since I don't know when I'll be online, that seems to be the most efficient option under these circumstances.
