Author Topic: The 2000s and 2010s, what do you hate/like about these decades?  (Read 4433 times)

and if you had to pick one you prefer, which one will it be?

the early 2010s for me was nostalgic cause for me and my parents was one of the best few years we've had financial wise, the music on the radio then was also pretty good as well

2010s because im young

it sucked

2010s because im young

it sucked

You say you prefer the 2010s and then you say the decade sucks?

You say you prefer the 2010s and then you say the decade sucks?

my ability to reason and nostalgia dont both overlap

The 2000s were my childhood but in the 2010s I have grown more independent and realized some of my biggest goals, so I favor the latter. Both good times though.

i hate how extreme political correctness has become, at the same i hate those who try to counter it by being handicaps and obnoxious starfishs.

overall though, science has come a far way and still gives me hope.

i loved the music back in the 2000s. there was tpain and lil wayne and gym class heroes and kanye and all the good stuff

2006-2008 had good alt rock.

2000-2014 were exciting cause that's when the internet really began to evolve into what it is today. MySpace was awesome. the PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360, and GameCube were awesome. cartoons were still really good. metal was awesome (Animosity, Poison the Well, Despised Icon, Converge, Vital Remains, Norma Jean, The Chariot, etc.). Blockland was really really fun and i played it all the time

2005-2014 were the worst years of my life in terms of personal problems though so I'm happy to be living in 2017 right now.

EDIT: oh and i loving loved stick figure death cartoons

i was born in 2016 so i think 2008 sucks

pre-2007 was a really strange time

the late 2000s were really cool. wish i wasnt 5 years old then

dos games were awesome in 1988

I hate how parents cry about cartoons being too violent and then you get drama/love shows for kids because it is less violent and somehow teach a lesson

How easily people get offended nowdays - saying stuff like "hey how are you" could possibly create a fight
You cant mention politics or fights begin
You have those people on the media like on facebook who write essays on how wrong an image/video is when it was funny
People think they are strong in conversations wanting to fight others in real life
And now we have people fighting over who owns the internet

Before 2013 was great because people werent like this as much, now we got people being other genders trying to date straight people which is really gay and a terrible thing to do

Who misses the consoles like the N64 and Gamecube? Those had good games like Metroid Prime and Super Mario 64
Tom and Jerry episodes being on cartoon network instead of really weird shows?
