I sleep in my underwear except when I'm really tired and I'm like "meh I'll take my clothes off later" and end up falling asleep.
this is missing pajamas though

I used to have dreams, they turned into nightmares, and then they vanished.

they'll come back probably, I had something like this where the nightmares were caused by ADHD medication or something and I just stopped having dreams at all when I stopped the medication.

Well, you weren't wrong, I did havr a dream, but when I woke up I realized it was really a nightmare in disguise, a reminder I cant escape who I really am.
