fr they are trying to lock me in a 600+ day contract right now when i tried to cancel our services. ive had them for two months, and was originally told the package i got did not include a contract by multiple different individuals in their customer service. and was told there would be no cancellation fee. now, when im telling them i want to cancel, they tell me im locked in a contract because of a amazon giftcard that they offer you when you sign up. i didnt even use/activate the card, but im still apparently under contract. to cancel, i have to pay $200. i have to wait until next month until i can dispute any charges too.
they also gave us an inaccurate quote when we signed up (told us $40 a month, actually costs $60), and tried to slam me with random charges monthly. for starters, they included the "security plus" bundle in my package, which i specifically requested not to have (what the forget even is security plus bundle real talk). also when i had a tech come replace our faulty router, they tried to charge me $85 for his time here when i was told it would cost nothing.
