yes i kill people and steal their clothes and become them, i assume their role in daily life only to end another life and masquerade as them

based on my fallout 3 experience, if I can gain a lot by doing it, the answer is yes

depends on the game, i guess. postal 2's been brought up a couple times, and tbh you'd have to be an idiot or trying to make a point if you didn't shoot anyone in that game. in an RPG like fallout though I try to avoid it since I don't like missing out on content + i rarely play characters who have the motivation to randomly kill innocent people.

Sadly they respawn, I love being a headbutting pikachu on a genocidal spree, shame you can't headbutt the miners into lava ;(
