Author Topic: this boy needs the 411 from high school men  (Read 3265 times)

Especially when some rooster sucker from a general university thinks that theyre going to be working for google or nasa making 200k/yr with their 4 year degree and no external projects / internships that show the their worth. Then they go on about how theyre better than everyone when they havent even graduated.

tbf, corderlain is the exact kind of person to think like this considering how often he's putting people down all the time

Edit: You folks can think I'm an starfish all you want, but I'm not wrong.
except u are

- never paid attention in math or science classes. why bother when they give you the books to read anyways

Lol so true that's what i just do.

Seeing as I'm becoming a Sophomore in less than 24 hours, I'd like to know what I can do to get the job I want at some point. I'd like to work at AMD, whether it be the Radeon division or CPU division, I wouldn't mind. I'm already taking quite a few computer science classes and obviously will take the ones I want when I get the chance, but I'd like to know what else I can do to get that job someday hopefully.
I'd suggest comp sci and some physics/maths and engineering classes. you probably want to know electrical/electronic engineering the most though

highschool really doesn't matter in many different ways

I would suggest making some close friends though

Don't take it too seriously man. If you can get into some votech classes like welding or construction I suggest it. Don't get forgeted up on school field trips you'll get suspended. (True story)
