There aren't enough people around to place pixels. In fact, it seems to be just you. Nor are there any pixels.

In fact, you don't know where you are. You just know that you have ink and a place to draw.

Draw Jesus.

This, make his robes blue, his skin yellow and everything else red, then mix all the colours, like blue & red, yellow & blue, red, blue & yellow, etc.

He seems friendly. You don't have all that much ink, so you just color his sash or whatever and his face. Blue isn't that appropriate a color for this anyways.

Well, now you have someone to talk to. He seems more interested in preaching to you than listening, though, and you can't hear what he's saying.

Certainly seems frivolous to use your ink on such a thing, but you do it anyways.

Now where are you going to get more ink? You don't see anything except the canvas and the vast quantities of black ink you can use.

You don't see a Toys 'R' Us anywhere. Just black ink and a canvas. You suppose you could draw one, but it would be on the canvas and you're not. Plus, how would you draw the ink without the color you wanted more of?

You don't know how to un-draw something. Except maybe time travel, but that seems like it might lead to a really confusing mess of timelines and you're not sure how you would go about it anyways.
Drawing ink would take as much ink as you'd get anyways, and you still wouldn't be able to use a jar of ink on the canvas because it's on the canvas and you're not.
