Flag is oversaturated, while everything else is dull.

American flag looks so out of place while everything else looks really dull.

Buildings and everything look so bright and cheerful. Fences, trash bins, the carriage look out of place.

Green and purple are strangely oversaturated and look super out of place, where as everything else looks dreary and dull except for 2 people's coats in the middle.

Grass and dirt are way oversaturated while the house looks really dreary.
