Author Topic: I just lost my uncle to a heart attack  (Read 3695 times)

I just got home from the Illinois state fair, when I come to this scene.

My entire family was in the living room, and some were crying, some weren't. I asked them "What happened?"
and then my grandmother looks at me and says "Uncle terry died!"

It hit me like a loving brick.

I asked them how he died, they said he had a heart attack in his home a couple of hours ago.

(I don't have my phone turned on right now, so there was no way for me to learn about this ahead of time.)

He was scheduled to have Open-Heart surgery next thursday, and was a diabetic, he died at 66 years, although. I was not very close to him, but It made me cry, because he used to come over when I was younger.

I guess that's how the world works though.

life's too short, really sorry to hear that man

jeez man

my condolences to you and everyone else
really sorry to hear that man

He also had 2 kids.

Mike - His oldest son, and is the one who found him and notified my grandmother and everyone else

I forgot his youngest son, who is also deceased, I believe my grandmother told me time, when he was with his wife
(She wasn't too bright, and some people didn't like her too much)
I think the kid fell out of the top window, and into their pool (They didn't tell me too much, or I don't remember it.) and they didn't find his body till the next day later.

RIP I'll keep you in my prayers man.

:( wish u and ur family the best man
