loving stuff i accidentally downloaded chromium i need help uninstalling it

i try to delete the stuff and it says "close all ur browsers first" AND I HAVE ALL OF THEM CLOSED

Chronium is a light weight browser, based off of Chrome. It's used by a LOT of other software to act as an in-app browser. Steam, Audiosurf and I think Unity all use it.

when i try to delete it with the task manager it comes back when i restart
and when i try to uninstall it with control panel it says "Close all ur tabs" when I HAVE ALL OF THEM CLOSED
this stuff is getting on my nerves

have you tried turning the computer off and then on again and then uninstalling it
