H3H3 made a scathingly critical video in response to one of Matt Hoss' videos. It was clearly fair use via criticism and commentary, and the judge upheld that. Matt Hoss got absolutely stomped in the final judgement, not a single one of his claims went through. H3H3 did literally everything by the book, and importantly, this sets a wonderful precedent for fair use on YouTube!
