Dr. Fetus straight up punches, kidnaps, and beats up a girl atleast once on the main levels of supermeatboy. if i remember correctly, there are like 200 levels.
Dr. Fetus has also built saws, massacred squirrels, straight up made rocket launchers, and has trapped meat boy's girlfriend in a cage.
