why the forget do you need all that stuff on your desktop
why not just have desktop shortcuts?
why do you need to know your system specs whenever you log in?
this really confuses me.
it's a transparent command console
for reference here is the actual background which isn't as dark
as for icons they're unnecessary and ugly so i usually execute programs with something called dmenu which comes bundled with my window manager i3
