Can't blame Oregon. Not sure I'd want them marching onto my property to relieve me of tens of thousands of dollars worth of property because it offends my neighbors. It's probably not right that we surgically disable the dogs. It's probably not right that we inbreed dogs to the point of debilitating physical deformity because pugs are cute either.
