here's the full detail. the police officer demanded the blood of a patient, even though:

- patient was not a suspect
- patient never gave consent
- officer didn't have a warrant

and the nurse told the officer that and spoke to her supervisors and let the police officer hear. then the officer tried to snatch her phone and she backed up, then he proceeded to pull her out of the hospital she works at and arrested her.
