Is JJstorm's RP_Weather mod not working?

Recently got the addons required for the mod, but when I went put everything in the addons folder everytime I load in a game it says blockland isn't responding then freezes then closes. I know its the mod because I can fix it by taking that mod out. I'm using RP Weather, RP Core and RP Time any help please?

I remember trying to fix it but didn't know what to replace precipitation data with or whatever lol
