Thought I'd try something new and motivating for me knowing the devilish forgets some of you are.
One full page of posts represents a day. What you need to do is post one type of exercise or activity (push-ups, jumping jacks or whatever kind of exercise that burns calories, just describe it) and how much (or how long I should do it for) I should do that specific exercise. If we don't get a full post before the next morning that's my day off.
Just some little rules before y'all go nuts:
1. Don't be irrealistic please, not 24 hours of dabbing. I need good exercises mainly for all of my muscles and the stomach/hip area.
2. not a rule but be nice pls

1.100 sit-ups
2. 50 push-ups
3. Chug water
