Author Topic: BLF makes me a daily exercise routine  (Read 1808 times)

Thought I'd try something new and motivating for me knowing the devilish forgets some of you are.

One full page of posts represents a day. What you need to do is post one type of exercise or activity (push-ups, jumping jacks or whatever kind of exercise that burns calories, just describe it) and how much (or how long I should do it for) I should do that specific exercise. If we don't get a full post before the next morning that's my day off.

Just some little rules before y'all go nuts:
1. Don't be irrealistic please, not 24 hours of dabbing. I need good exercises mainly for all of my muscles and the stomach/hip area.
2. not a rule but be nice pls

Day 1 (12/09/17)
1.100 sit-ups
2. 50 push-ups
3. Chug water

-100 pushups
-100 sit-ups
-100 squats
-10km run


every
single
day

i do these twice a day:

1 rep of 50 push ups
1 rep of 60 sit ups
hold feet six inches off the ground for 1 minute
hold for 1 minute side plank, rotate after 1 minute
1 rep of 100 squats

only takes about 20 minutes out of the day, no big deal. if you don't eat nutritious food though, exercise won't help any.

Maybe any kind of run for 1 hour or more?

Do 1000 bicep curls a day and you will become completely spherical at 7% body weight. You may need a system of IVs to keep your heart moving, but you can be lean as forget and a complete, perfect ball.

100 pushups and 50 situps a day and chug water

figured nobody cared about rule 1. I'll just pick the few reasonable ones

situps are worthless do planks instead
