Before you needed a key to register you weren't allowed to have two alts at the same time. You would have to wait until the first one got banned first.
I saw someone on here use their alt account to bump their own topic and I called them out for it.
Don't know why Pie Crust needed 2 active alts. He could have waited to get banned.
