How do I host via an ISP I don't have access forwarding the ports to?

what?

You mean on a VPS? If so, who is the provider?

UPnP might be supported
otherwise you'll probably need to outsource hosting (either to a dedicated server or somebody else)

U should be able to forward ports by logging into your router and configuring port forwarding

Although, back when I had an ISP called MetaLink I actually had to call them up and ask them to open ports for Blockland and Terraria

great suggestion and all, except that he can't

don't have access forwarding the ports

I can't either right now because I am borrowing wifi

U could try using hamachi

try using hamachi
note that this will only let others using Hamachi as a vpn to connect
it won't let random people join

Never suggest hamachi ever.

Hamachi is for games that only offer LAN connections (usually due to the master server being dead)
While it 'works', it's a horrible alternative to forwarding ports. Especially since it requires everyone else to also use it to connect.

It also doesn't work for Blockland for authentication reasons.

Wasn't aware of that. I don't like hamachi either

If you dont like it dont recommend it

Just because I don't like something doesn't mean someone else might not either, sheesh

If you have full access to a remote desktop, you may be able to set up Windows Firewall rules to allow specific Outbound ports.

do you mean having access to a remote desktop lets you host locally, or on the remote desktop?

OP has not responded so we have no idea what he really is talking about.
