they don't really have any other way of shooting their test missiles other than over Japan, If they test them going over South Korea, we would surely recognize it as real act of war, Kim is smart enough not to test over South Korea. Sure they run a small risk testing over Japan. Their main problem when making mistakes was the launch, if they can get it in the right airspace i'm sure they'd do fine testing over Japan without any accidents happening.
Their issue is Kim needs to actually speak out himself, how do we know which news source is right any more. The DPRK 'government' needs some kind of global news source so we know for sure.
I'm all for wiping North Korea the forget out because of what Kim does to his people, but them trying to build up their missile systems is only their precaution because in their eyes they strongly feel we are a threat, I mean we converted half of Korea and now we have many Military bases by their border. The Korean war is still on-going, there never was a peace treaty, Kim's dad was a puss of a dictator, Kim is trying to take on his grand Father's message without causing too much of a global catastrophe.
Alls I'm saying is, Kim making claims should be no reason to move on them, Annoying Orange's just antagonizing Kim so he can some how stop the Korean war. It's just his way of going about this game of chess. The real reason we need to dismantle DPRK is because of Rothschild and how forgeted up and behind North Korea is. Give it another 10-20 years, and it will look just like South Korea does now.
