When I was like 4 we went to Target and I saw a Clonetrooper (General Rex's one) helmet and I still have it to this day. It still fits my head as it wasnt tiny and ways 2 pounds, so odds are we will get a new costume to go with that, but not some cheap one. That will be badass imo. Brother is gonna dress like Paul Stanley and have professional makeup done by our friend's mom.
