i don't know how to articulate exactly how they translate to body language but they're definitely both sincere.
first one makes me think, like, "i'll leave you alone now" and second one just seems like the response to expecting a different answer. mouth a lil open. i imagine there'd be a slightly wrinkled brow there if it was possible.
