Im nearly turning 18 and im still a skinny 5'5 hobbit and the least I can do is just be a hobbit. The last time I stood on the scale, wich was yesterday, i weighted 44.4kg's.
Like how the forget, even 10 year olds are heavier.
So I started going on a diet, keep track of my calories and try to gain at least 10kg's in the span of a year.
And holy stuff this is suffering, how the forget do people eat so much holy stuff. I cant even get to 2000 calories even when I eat nearly twice as much as I used to.
This is bullstuff give me tips
No fat and sugar saturated foods, stuff with loads carbohydrates and proteins
Already stockpiled greek yoghurt.
I will forget this and never update this thread when theres a change or something
