install the tampermonkey extension and add this script

edit: wait it's getting an error give me a second
edit edit: okay it should work now, just copy and paste it into tampermonkey and when you load a forum page it will ask you if you want to add users to block

Honestly I think block scripts are kind of silly. Never used one myself.
