Bringing this back

Every week I'll put up the bans from that week. One with the most votes by the end of the week wins and a new round will
begin. Minimum amount of bans that happen that week is 2. If not enough bans were given, then that week is skipped.

If I did then people can't look through the topic and the context of the ban wouldn't make sense.
