Author Topic: Is there a tool where you can find an image within an image?  (Read 919 times)

The topic title may be confusing, because I am majorly tired right now. What I'm asking for is an online tool that can help me find a 320 x 120 pixel image within an image of 10200 x 5760 pixels. I've attempted to google up any keywords that might lead to a tool like this, but to no avail. Do any of you know of a tool that can help me do this?
Thank you in advance

Crop the image out and use the "search Google for this image" feature?

this would be your best bet if you can manually find it

if you can't, then unless i'm misunderstanding you, you're out of luck - this would be a major achievement in machine learning

if you're just looking for exact matches, it isn't too difficult through code
if you're looking for shapes/blobs/whatever, then it's a bit more difficult

are you talking about this, OP?

if this is it and you just want to separate the image out into all the individual parts, then any old sprite sheet unpacker thingo should be able to do the trick
