for those who dont know it's a usb device that when plugged in, takes all the power that the system provides into the device and redirects it riiight back into the system making it either just turn off or break entirely
so yeah, if you had one of these anything you plug it into can be broken instantly. quite spooky

basically, it charges the stick from 5v and changes it to to something crazy like 200v which it uses to charge caps, and then dumps that 200v back in from the caps the same way your car spark plug throws you back across the room or a taser for a computer
