The problem is that some rando can come out, accuse anyone of loveual assault, and that creates so much controversy with this "always believe the victim" mentality that their career gets smashed overnight. No punishment in case the accusations end up to be complete fabrications, either. It's a great system that we have in place, on par with the "owning drugs gets you sent to prison" system and the "politicians can do whatever the forget they want and get away with it" system.
