Author Topic: Doughboy's WWI Trench Warfare Deathmatch/Conquest!  (Read 1143 times)

Yep, that's right. Not World War II, we're taking a step way back into the past to World War I.

It's the Americans (Since I couldn't find any historically accurate British firearms) pitted against The Germans in a bloody, brutal trench war. In deathmatch mode, call a trench raid and rush the enemy down to the last man, or take a defensive position and stand your ground to defend your lives. In conquest mode, capture the enemy trenches with the help of your teammates, all while saving your own from being captured.

It works like this. In conquest, a team must capture at least two out of the three points on the map and hold at least two out of three for two minutes. The team that holds two points for two minutes wins. Each of the two teams has a point in the back of their trenches, and the middle point is stationed in a dilapidated, broken down house.

The deathmatch works exactly as you'd think. Each team's player has 3 lives, and the team that runs out of lives first loses.

Each trench has an armory in the back, containing a few more weapons to choose from aside from the standard issue bolt action rifle and semi-automatic pistol each player spawns with.

*PLEASE NOTE* This map is still a slight work in progress. I am treating this as a test run, so that means I am very open and receptive to constructive criticism and I welcome and encourage it. If anyone has anything to say, good or bad, don't be afraid to say it.

Mondays/Wednesdays: Conquest, 11 A.M. UTC - 3 P.M. UTC (Depending on the day, possibility of being longer)
Friday/Saturday/Sunday: DEATHMATCH! 11 A.M. UTC - 3 P.M. UTC (Depending on the day, possibility of being longer)

Depending on the demand for a certain gamemode, I may or may not change it for the day. Again, this depends on what the majority of the server wants, but otherwise I should be fairly consistent with it.

*FEATURES*
