Weakling??? If you're not properly sauteing your onions before adding them to a dish, you're an idiot.

Sauteing onions brings out their flavor, especially if you do it in butter. Raw onions don't compliment dishes and are often too hard and brittle of a texture to mesh well with dishes such as burgers.
