eternal anything would be loving terrifying ngl

also it should be noted that pascal believed in predestination

then if you really want to make that argument you can merely shift it to gambling as to whether or not you are predestined since again it is impossible to know

will there be yiff

at worst we'd be in the 2nd circle and i don't want to be bumped up to the 7th so no

I just realized I am dead now that boss battles is gone

I disagree personally, I think the idea of being able to watch the universe forever would be cool and rad, eventually you'd get accustomed to the scale of time

til the universe ends anyway

i guess but this still doesn't refute my earlier point that all religions that do exist, have existed, will exist, could conceivably exist, or can't even be conceived of by humans would have an equal chance of being true

this is an uncountably infinite set, and any set of beliefs could reward you in uncountably many religions, while punishing you in uncountably many others
there's no way to calculate which is in your best interests after you die

til the universe ends anyway
then either you're gone (okay) or a new universe starts up and you get to watch that one (even more rad)

like I said you'd get used to the scale of time, not to mention if you have literally forever there's all kinds of stuff you could come up with to bide your time

I'd prefer everything to just end when I die. I'm gonna be pissed the forget off if there's an afterlife.

then do you mind if i lock you in a completely dark room for the rest of your life

"ugh i went through all that and there's STILL MORE!?"

I guess while we're talking about what we wish were true, I think it would be awesome if, after you died, you became a god over your own personal pocket universe. Then you can go and visit other universes/bubbles as a sort of ghost, and talk to their gods (who would be other deceased people/aliens). That's not what I think is true, of course, just what I would see as the "best" outcome.

well yes because I would die
if I had forever, however, I know that eventually you would die and I would be able to figure a way out
