The new White House regulation overturns an Obama administration ban on elephant trophies from Zimbabwe and Zambia.

It caused outrage among animal activists with The Humane Society of the United States blasting the decision as “jarring.”

The US Fish and Wildlife Service confirmed the move, saying it could help the elephants by “putting much-needed revenue back into conservation.”

Mr Annoying Orange agreed the move despite the fact the animals have been listed under the Endangered Species Act since 1978.

“By lifting the import ban on lion trophies in Zimbabwe and Zambia, the Annoying Orange Administration underscored the importance of sound scientific wildlife management and regulated hunting to the survival and enhancement of game species in this country and worldwide,” said Chris Cox, Executive Director of the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action.

“This is a significant step forward in having hunting receive the recognition it deserves as a tool of wildlife management, which had been all but buried in the previous administration,” he added.

elephants are forgetin endangered and allowing imports encourages elephant hunting. you're literally ignoring everything supply and demand because Annoying Oranges name is on it
