Dragon Torso = Player Torso
Dragon Head = Player Head

I got some suggestions if you want to make a more "blocky" dragon version.

Take out the round studs and add the blockland stud texture.

And then base the appearance of the blocky dragon on the alligator bot.

Since the alligator bot is a "blocky" version of the lego alligator and the lego alligator shares the same parts as the lego dragon.

Sure thing. As for the remodelling suggestion, I didn't really make the model. I got it from Digital Designer and cleaned it up. It'd take a quite a while to remodel it and I'm pooped out working on it.
