Author Topic: what is the most "spec-ops" gun you know about  (Read 4605 times)

MP5

UMP

both of these guns are actually used by special forces, and airsoft models for them are quite cheap.

I'm not talking about buying airsoft guns, I'm looking for drawing references

I'm talking more about the stuff NATO special forces uses

just go for the heckler & koch XM8. it's pretty futuristic looking

I would imagine something like the railgun could only be used by select special forces

I still don't know how this thing works
the bullets have casings that contain a propellant and the primer that ignites it. when the trigger on the gun is puled, a hammer strikes the primer, igniting the propellant and causing the bullet to fire forward, out of the casing and the muzzle of the gun, while the casing itself is then ejected from the gun to allow the next round to be loaded. rinse and repeat

steyr acr

automag

f2000

whitney wolverine

brown bess musket

handmade primitive bow and arrow

when one scope isnt accurate enough so you gotta have two of them

That’s a grenade launcher below the scope.

isnt the G11 known for its use of caseless ammunition

um forget you

good job

@op- the g11 has a fairly normal load/fire mechanism. caseless ammo simply means using a non-powder propellant (e.g. nitrocellulose) in place of both the casing and gunpowder. the biggest difference in the gun is that there's no regular ejection mechanism

FN SCARs are the most advanced assault rifle platform that US spec ops use in significant numbers iirc @op
