Seriously, we don't know when its coming out but what's delaying the process?

A delay implies that a specific release date has already been mentioned and Badspot had failed to reach that date.

-Modeling (if implies)
-Mapping (if implies)
-Beta Test
-Fixing Bugs (if implied)
-Beta Test
-More Bug Fixes (if implied)

and so on.

P.S - If Implies means 'if needed'

Because he is adding all the cool stuff that he wanted to add for the initial release but didnt have time to. And plus he now has another job.

If he applies anything that needs modeling then he needs to model. Imply makes no sense, because he posted screenshots of a tank, and therefore it is not implied.
