Me and Car Selling Pyro just figured out a potential solution - Turning on vsync (Unchecking the "Disable Vsync" box) makes my mouse stop freaking out.

I had to do this AND turn it on full screen, as turning on Vsync helped but did not 100% cure the problem in windowed mode. It seemed to do the trick in full screen though!

Are you sure it looks like this?


You also have to click apply when enabling VSync, you can't just uncheck it and then press "Done"

this used to happen to me, but it was fixed after reinstalling the game and removing addons
