I recently read that Comcast loves net neutrality, and they won't do anything. But like any billion dollar company, they always pull some shady stuff.

That’s a lie, they don’t like net neutrality.  They removed the statement that said they wouldn’t do anything if it was repealed.  They’re very likely to do something, bt we can never be sure what they’re gonna do.
