luxem is well known for being a (very incompetent) script kiddie who tries to get rid of servers he doesn't like. he seems to think that having an alt on your server is ddosing (i have no idea how he came to that conclusion, but it's probably best not to ask)

bonus points for rejoining with a different name

he also speaks completely unintelligibly:

ban him, or keep him for entertainment, but just be aware that he can't do anything but flame people
