Any one else try exotic jerky?

Recently I've found out that I'm DEEPLY in love with python jerky. Yes, the snake. Its probably my favorite out of all that I've tried.
I've had Hammerhead shark, mako shark, alligator, clam, python, venison, ostrich, salmon (gross), wild boar, octopus, and camel. All are really good except the salmon.
