Well, I had a server up, and I didn't have trouble with the Polygons or anything, but Space Guy got it when he came.
And when I was at my friend's house playing LAN, he got it.
Anyone know why?

When ever you download something such as a mod into your main BL folder do you scan it then if not then the Virus could be going though the ports onto other people Comps so there is a chance that yes you could.

It's a graphical problem, not many viruses are capable of causing graphical problems, let alone spreading through a game where there's filtering on file transfer.
